Jersey 10k : Les Jardin de la Mer, St Helier
The event takes place at Les Jardin de la Mer in St Helier, Jersey, on an out-and-back course along the seafront. The route starts and finishes on hardstanding and runs entirely on flat tarmac paths with varying widths. The course offers views across the Channel and some sections overlap with a cycle path, so participants should be mindful of cyclists.

Events are chip-timed. The meeting point is on the tarmac path at the edge of the grass outside La Frigate Cafe. The course is wheelchair accessible and the event offers accessibility measures such as sunflower wristbands at the enquiries marquee and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content; Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends.
On-site facilities include refreshments and toilets; dogs are allowed and the venue is suitable for pushchairs. Bag drop and showers are not available. Travel information notes public car parks on the Esplanade less than 100 m from the start line and Blue Badge parking outside La Frigate Cafe. A bus stop on West Park Slipway serves the venue and cycle spaces are available outside La Frigate Cafe. There are no electric vehicle charging points nearby.
Entry fees start from £11.00 for children and £17.49 for adults. The minimum fundraising target is £50.00. A May sale code (FLASH30) offers 30% off entry for 2026 events until 24 May 2026. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training resources, access to an online community, and a Race for Life medal on completion.
