The course starts and finishes on hard standing and runs along the promenade, looping back via the road before returning to the perimeter path. The 10k route is a double lap of the 5k course. The start and finish lines are located on the green running alongside Coronation Drive.
Event transport notes include free event car parking on the grass adjacent to the site, limited spaces, bus stops along Coronation Drive and a train station in Hartlepool at walking distance. No bike racks are available for this event.
Facilities listed on site include refreshments and toilets. Dogs are allowed and pushchairs are noted as suitable. The event is described as wheelchair accessible though assistance is recommended because of narrow pinch points on the promenade and uneven grass at the event site. Sunflower wristbands, trained Event Managers and BSL stage content via QR code are available to support accessibility.
