Race for Life Crawley takes place at Tilgate Park, Titmus Drive, Crawley, RH10 5PQ on Saturday 18 July 2026. The event is for people aged 16 and over. Entry prices listed are £17.49 for adults and £11.00 for children, with a minimum fundraising target of £50. A Spring Sale offers a 50% entry reduction on 2026 events using code SPRING26 until 19 April 2026.
The course starts and finishes on grass and follows paths around Tilgate Lake and the nature reserve. The route includes a few inclines and declines, uneven surfaces, loose gravel and some tree roots. The 10k is a two-lap version of the 5k route. The meeting point is on the western side of Tilgate (Campbell's) Lake, down the hill from Tilgate Playground.
Transport and parking options are provided, including several car parks at varying distances to the main event site and 9 free accessible parking spaces for Blue Badge holders in Tilgate Car Park; the route from that car park to the site is approximately 240 m and may require assistance. Local buses serve Tilgate Park and the nearest train station is Three Bridges.
Facilities include refreshments, toilets, parking and dogs allowed. The terrain makes this event unsuitable for wheelchair users.
