Crawley 10k at Tilgate Park
The event takes place at Tilgate Park in Crawley on Saturday 18 Jul 2026. Distances on offer are:

The start and finish are on grass. The marked course follows pathways around Tilgate Lake and the nature reserve. Sections of the route pass through woodland with a few inclines and declines, loose gravel and some tree roots; surfaces can become muddy in wet conditions. The 10k follows a double lap of the 5k route. The meeting point is on the western side of Tilgate Campbell's Lake, down the hill from Tilgate Playground.
Travel and parking information notes several onsite car parks with walking routes to the main event area, and a small number of accessible parking spaces in Tilgate Car Park. Local bus services serve Tilgate Park and the nearest train station is Three Bridges. Bike racks are available near the Smith and Western restaurant.
Facilities listed include refreshments, toilets and parking. Bag drop is not available and the course is deemed unsuitable for wheelchair users. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee, British Sign Language stage content is accessible via a QR code, and Event Managers are trained Dementia Friends.
