Crawley Race for Life at Tilgate Park
The event takes place at Tilgate Park, Titmus Drive, Crawley RH10 5PQ, with the start and finish on grass near the western side of Tilgate (Campbell's) Lake, down the hill from Tilgate Playground. The course follows pathways around Tilgate Lake and the Nature Reserve and includes woodland sections.
Course details include a few inclines and declines and uneven surfaces such as loose gravel and tree roots. The terrain can become muddy in wet conditions. The 10k route is two laps of the 5k course.

Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets, parking and dogs allowed. Some services are not available or suitable on site, including bag drop and showers. The organisers state the route is not suitable for wheelchair users; however, there are nine free accessible parking spaces in Tilgate Car Park and the route from that car park to the main event site is about 240 m and accessible with assistance.
