Bradford Race for Life at Lister Park
The event takes place on Sunday 16 May 2027 at Lister Park, North Park Road, Bradford (BD9 4NR). It is organised by Cancer Research UK and offers chip-timed running options.

The start and finish are on grass. The course is predominantly path with one 50 m grass section and is run as a double lap. The route includes tarmac paths, hardstanding and grass, with several inclines and declines and a maximum elevation of 157 m. Narrow sections appear around the lake; an alternative route can bypass these but may shorten the course. The start and finish area is on a slope and can become soft or muddy in wet weather.
Meeting point and access details are at the field in front of Cartwright Hall Gardens nearest the Oak Lane entrance; the what3words location is slide.mount.castle. There is no designated event parking on site; there is ample free street parking around Lister Park and monitored drop-off at the North Park Road entrance, with a 300 m walk on a tarmac path to the event field. Limited on-site Blue Badge parking is available via the North Park Road entrance. The closest car charging point is the Genie Point station on Victor Terrace BD9 4RE. The nearest train station is Frizinghall, about 0.5 miles away. Various bus services serve North Park Road, Keighley Road and Emm Lane. No bike racks are provided.
Facilities listed as available include refreshments, toilets, dogs allowed, suitability for pushchairs and wheelchair accessibility with assistance. Bag drop and showers are not available. The event has a minimum fundraising target of £50. Participants receive a fundraising pack, a customisable back sign, training plans and a Race for Life medal.
