Travel information notes event car parking within Stormont Estate accessed via the Stoney Road entrance, with drop off at the bottom of Stoney Road. Blue Badge parking is available in car park D and stewards will direct attendees on the day. Pedestrians are asked to enter via Stormont Gate and public transport includes the Glider to Stormont. Train stations are not near the event and older style bike racks are located throughout the venue. Electric charging points are at the Stormont Hotel car park.
The organiser lists available facilities such as refreshments and toilets, permission for dogs, suitability for pushchairs and wheelchair access with assistance. Support options on the day include sunflower wristbands, trained Event Managers and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
