Race For Hope Greater Philadelphia
The Race For Hope Greater Philadelphia is a community 5K walk/run on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Cooper River Park, 5300 N Park Dr, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08109. The event raises awareness and funds to support the needs of people with a brain tumor and their families.
Activities on site include a survivor march, a remembrance ceremony, and a display of custom team t-shirts from past events. Participation options for the 5K include timed runner, untimed runner, and walk-at-your-own-pace. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome. Water is provided at the halfway point of the course and at the event site, and light snacks are available.
In-person participants who register before September 14, 2026 are eligible to receive an event t-shirt; late registrants are not guaranteed a t-shirt. Virtual registration is free; virtual participants who raise $75 or more by September 14, 2026 will be mailed an event t-shirt expected to arrive by event day. Event week registration fees are Timed Runner $35; Walker $30; Youth Timed Runner (12 and under) $10; Youth Walker $5.
Volunteers are welcome from groups, schools, community organizations, families, and individuals. Parking is free for participants, and off-street parking is also available. The event takes place rain or shine. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
