14th Annual Race for Case
Race for Case is a community fundraising event at 1420 Garman Rd, Akron, OH that benefits all students of Case CLC. The event includes a neighborhood 5K and a 1 mile fun run. Profits have supported a permanent greenhouse on school grounds and purchases such as digital microscopes, a virtual reality system, and funding for school events.
The 5K route goes through West Akron neighborhoods and includes a short incline near mile 1. The 1 mile fun run is intended for students and for participants who may not be ready for the 5K distance. Registration opens February 1, 2026 and closes May 16, 2026. Registration fees are $25.00 for the 5K and $10.00 for the 1 mile fun run.
