OhioHealth Race For A Reason
OhioHealth Race For A Reason takes place at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio on April 24–25, 2026. The event includes several distinct races and walks held across the two days and offers on-site and virtual options.

- Family Glow Run (evening event)
- Athens Has Heart Tricycle Race
- QuidelOrtho 5K Run
- OU ROTC Mud Run individual and team entries
- 3K Walk (untimed)
- Virtual 5K presented by the Ohio University Alumni Association
Some events are chip-timed; the 3K Walk is explicitly untimed. Course maps are available for the 5K, the mud run, the 3K walk, and triathlon and duathlon bike and run courses. Registration fees are shown per event and are described as inclusive of mandatory charges, items, and fees. Example fee levels appear for each event, with virtual and in-person options listed separately.
Team registration requires a team captain to register and pay the initial team entry fee; additional teammates are added during that same registration session and are not charged the initial team fee again.
