Quicksilver Endurance Runs - May 8, 2027
Quicksilver Endurance Runs takes place at the Hacienda Entrance of Almaden Quicksilver County Park in San Jose, CA (21785 Almaden Road). The event includes two trail ultramarathon distances on single track trails and fire roads that pass through oak forests, meadows, and ridge lines with views of the Santa Clara Valley and the Santa Cruz Mountains. This is the 41st edition of the event and the twelfth edition of the 100K.
Aid stations are staffed and described as fully stocked. The event reports over 100 volunteers and includes post-race barbecue at the finish. Fifty percent of race proceeds are allocated to nonprofits that support youth health programs or trail advocacy projects.
The 100K is listed with approximately 13,000+ feet of elevation gain, is a Western States 100 qualifying race, carries a 17 hour time limit, and is part of the PA/USATF Ultra Grand Prix. The 50K has approximately 6,000+ feet of elevation gain and includes a cutoff at mile 22. Registration for the event opens on November 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT.
