Queen of Prussia 10K presented by Premier Orthopaedics and Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center

The Queen of Prussia 10K is an all women running event held in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The course begins and ends at King of Prussia Town Center and offers both a 10 km and a 5 km option. The event is organized by local women and 2027 marks the eighth year of the race.

An expo is scheduled on Saturday, June 5, 2027, with packet pickup at the KOP Town Center green space in front of Davio's. Packet pickup will also be available on race day at the race start for those who cannot attend the expo.

The event program lists a free mentor program with training tips, pre race health and wellness events and group runs, a race tee shirt in unisex sizing, and a finisher's medal.
