Logistics and race services
There is no parking at the start areas; all racers except 5K participants must take shuttles from the Senior High School parking lot to their start locations. The 5K starts at Rose Park and 5K runners are expected to drive to that start; post-race shuttles will return 5K runners to Rose Park. Portapotties are provided at the bus loading area, at each race start, at several mile points along the courses, and at the finish in Pioneer Park. Thirteen aid stations are placed along the marathon course at specified mile markers. Strollers and dogs are not permitted on the marathon or half marathon courses. The course is open to traffic, with volunteers at most intersections; runners are asked to remain on the right side of the road unless directed.
