Event Overview
The Quality of Life Run is a 22nd annual running event held in Billings. The 2026 edition takes place on a Saturday in August.
Course Details
The event returns to its original course from the Top of the Rims. The starting line for the 5-mile race is at Masterson Circle. The route proceeds east on Highway 3 to 27th Street, then continues down to MSU-B. The starting point for the 2-mile race is at MSU-B. The finish line for all distances is at the cul-de-sac at N. 32nd Street and 6th Avenue North. The course is described as a downhill route.
Community Impact
All proceeds from the run benefit Off The Streets, a local Billings organization dedicated to helping people experiencing chronic homelessness by providing housing, meals, and employment support.
