Ridgewood Runners 5K QDR 2027
The Ridgewood Runners 5K QDR is scheduled for May 29, 2027 in Brooklyn. Registration is not yet open; the organizer provides a notification option for when registration becomes available.
Information from the previous edition is posted on the event page. The May 30, 2026 race was held at Ridgewood Reservoir near Jackie Robinson Parkway in Brooklyn. The course used Highland Park and comprised two and a half loops to make a 5K distance.
Event amenities listed for the event include live online, text and email results, free finish-line photos, and personalized bibs for entrants who register at least three weeks in advance. Awards in the previous edition were presented to the top three in male, female and X categories across these age groups: 19 and under; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70 plus.
Last year's bib pickup included an early session at Evil Twin Brewing Ridgewood Taproom, 1616 George Street, and event staff were available starting one hour before the race. Transportation notes from the prior edition mentioned parking adjacent to Ridgewood Reservoir, street parking on Highland Boulevard and Cypress Avenue, and the closest train station as Norwood Avenue on the J Z line.
