Immigrants Run NYC 5K Run/Walk
Immigrants Run NYC is a community run and walk held in Queens on February 14, 2026. The event features a 5K course around Flushing Meadows Corona Park and passes by landmarks such as the Queens Unisphere and the New York State Pavilion. A virtual participation option is available.
Proceeds benefit the organization N.I.C.E. The organizer states that proceeds are shared with that organization following event expenses. Parking is available at the Queens Museum building on Meridian Road, with a short walk to the Queens Unisphere for packet pickup.
Race-day amenities include live result delivery by text and email, free finish line photos, and a personalized bib for those registered at least three weeks in advance. The event previously offered hot chocolate and a post-race DJ. Age-group recognition is planned for top finishers in male, female, and nonbinary categories across multiple age groups, including 19 and under through 70 plus.
Bib pickup options include early pickup on the day before the event, in-person pickup at the Queens Unisphere on race day, and mailed bibs for virtual participants with a shipping window beginning one week before the event and extending to one week after. Virtual participants may upload times and photos from race day through the following Sunday and may use treadmills, measured trails, or GPS tracking apps to record distance.
