QDR Bayside 5K

The QDR Bayside 5K is a community road race held on July 26, 2026, at 41st Avenue and Bell Boulevard in Queens, NY 11361. The course is a two loop 5K that uses Bell Boulevard, 35th Avenue, and a turnaround near Crocheron Park, with a common start and finish on Bell Boulevard. Traffic on Bell Boulevard will be closed for the race.

Entry options include standard pricing tiers for members and non members, with base pricing listed as $35 for the 5K and reduced rates for QDR members and QDR+ members. Current students of Bayside High School and Cardozo High School are eligible for free entry through a race code provided by the organizer.

Bib pickup is offered in advance at Stretch Bayside and on event day at One Station Plaza; proxy pickup is permitted. Runners who register at least three weeks before the event are eligible for a personalized bib. Amenities listed include live online, text, and email results, free finish line photos, and a post race recovery offering of a 30 minute Normatec session at StretchLab Bayside for participants who show their bib. The event distributes a QDR Summer Towel while supplies last.

Awards are given to the top three overall male, female, and non binary finishers and to the top three in age group categories starting at 19 and under and continuing by decade through 70 and older.
