USNAAA QAC Run to Honor 5k
The USNAAA QAC Run to Honor 5k is a commemorative sports event held at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Virginia. The event takes place on Remembrance Day and serves to honor fallen service members, specifically dedicated to the memory of Brian Ray Hoke from the USNA Class of 1996.
Participants can choose from two different distance options:
- 5K
- 1 Mile Run / Walk
The event is held on the grounds of the National Museum of the Marine Corps, located on Semper Fidelis Way. Walkers are explicitly encouraged to participate in the event. Following the run and walk activities, the museum opens to the public at 9 AM, offering free admission to all visitors. This allows participants and guests to tour the facility and reflect on the history of the United States and the Marine Corps.
Registration is available for both distances, with pricing structures that increase for race-day registration. The event also provides opportunities for volunteers and allows for registration transfers through the official platform. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
