Logistics and policies
The race site is Day Use Pavilion 3; entrants are instructed to enter the park, take the first left and follow signs to the Day Use area. Registration closes on Tuesday, June 9 at 11:59 PM CT. Race day registration is noted as available. The deadline for changing declared mileage is Wednesday, June 10 at midnight; no mileage changes are allowed on race day. No transfer registrations and no refunds are permitted. A $3 per person park entry fee applies; exact change is requested. One water station will be located at the start/finish line. Organizers request that participants bring their own hydration container because paper cups are limited; Gatorade and water will be provided. A finisher meal will be provided by New Orleans Mission for race participants only. Participants who get lost, cut the course, or run the wrong course will not be eligible for place awards.
