Puzzle Dash 5K
The Puzzle Dash 5K is a 5 km run/walk event scheduled for Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Columbia Woods Park in Barberton, Ohio. A Kids Fun Run for children aged 8 and under is also offered. The event aims to support autism awareness, with proceeds benefiting the organization Kids First Tops School.
The 5K route is a scenic course from Columbia Woods Park to Norton City High School and back. A separate, smaller, and accessible path within Columbia Woods Park is available for children with disabilities or those looking for a shorter walk. All participants receive a medal, t-shirt, water, and a banana. 5K participants also receive race numbers and tracking for spectators.
A variety of activities and services are planned. These include vendor booths, food and drink, a petting zoo, a bouncy house, a 50/50 raffle, and entertainment from a DJ. An awards ceremony will recognize the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as age-group winners. Safety and support are provided by the Norton City Police and Fire Department.
