Logistics and rules

All ultramarathon entrants receive a tracker. Half marathon and 20 mile entrants can hire a tracker for a fee. Trackers include an emergency button that, if pressed, ends the runner's race. Drop bags are allowed only for the 50 mile course and will be transferred to CP5; bags must be carrier-bag size and clearly labelled.

A basic kit list applies to all distances; required items include a waterproof jacket, survival/bivvy bag, whistle, hat, gloves, personal first aid kit, a hard copy map/route description and a suitable bag for kit. Random kit checks will be carried out on course and failure to carry required kit may lead to disqualification.

Registration and toilets are at St. Andrew's Church. Parking is at the Pay & Display car park on Cavendish Street, Skipton. Finishers receive a medal and an event T-shirt unless they opt out; hot food with vegan and gluten-free options is available at the finish.
