Pumpkin Butt - Kennesaw, GA

Pumpkin Butt is a 50K trail run held in Kennesaw, GA on October 31, 2026. The event is organized by GUTS and is open only to GUTS members. Due to permit limitations the event is classified as a run and is not official.

The course is five loops of roughly 10K each, repeating the same route used in 2024. Runners must complete at least two loops before carrying a pumpkin for a loop. Each participant must bring one pumpkin; gourds are not allowed. Pumpkins may be drawn at random for carrying duties, and any runner who returns their pumpkin unharmed will receive a special prize. The event will collect canned goods to donate to a local food bank.

Aid is available once per loop at the start and finish area. The event will be cupless, so participants should plan accordingly. Parking is limited. Registration closes on Thu, Oct 29 at 11:59 PM ET.
