Pumpkin Butt is a 50K run in Kennesaw, GA, organized by GUTS and scheduled for October 31, 2026. Due to permit limitations the event is classified as a run and is not official. The run is open and free to GUTS members only; membership is available on UltraSignup. Registration closes Oct 29.
The course follows the same layout as 2024 and consists of five loops of roughly 10K each. Full course and parking details will be provided to participants before the run. An aid station is located at the start/finish area and can be used once per loop. The event will be cupless, so no disposable cups will be provided.
Each participant must bring one pumpkin; gourds are not allowed. Pumpkins will be available for runners to carry and are drawn at random. Runners must complete at least two loops before carrying a pumpkin for a loop. Any runner who returns their pumpkin unharmed will receive a special prize. The event also includes a canned goods collection for donation to the local food bank.
