Event Information
The Project Lifting Spirits 10k will take place on July 18, 2026 in Augusta, Georgia. Participants can also take part in a 5k run/walk.
The event begins at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead on the Augusta Canal. The route may also use the River Levee Trail.
Registration and Fees
Registration is available for $10 for the 5k or 10k distance without a finisher's medal. For an additional $5, participants can receive a medal.
There are no refunds offered for this event.
Event Details
The 10k race starts at 7:00 AM. The 5k race starts at 7:10 AM. Bib pick-up is available the day before at Fleet Feet Augusta and on race morning at the trailhead.
The event is described as a "bare bones" run/walk. It is stroller, dog, and kid friendly.
All proceeds benefit Project Lifting Spirits Inc. The organization provides gifts and support items to local veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Funds are used for events with local military and VA hospitals. A "Christmas in July" collection for toys, books, and puzzle books will also be held.
