Project Lifting Spirits 5k/10k takes place on July 18, 2026, at the Lake Olmstead Trailhead in Augusta, Georgia. The event offers in-person and virtual participation with finisher medals.

Awards will be presented to the top three male and top three female finishers and across age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over. All proceeds benefit Project Lifting Spirits Inc., which provides gifts and support to local veterans, active duty service members, and their families. Funds will be used for events with local military and veteran organizations, and the event includes a Christmas in July collection for toys, books, and activity books for children and veterans.
