Community Run at Project LeanNation Intown
Project LeanNation hosts a free community run at its Intown location in Atlanta. The event is in person, open to all ages, and notes free parking and a one hour program length.
Participants check in and receive a complimentary coffee before the group warm-up. The run follows the Atlanta BeltLine on an out and back course of approximately 3 to 5 miles, led by a RAD Run Club leader. After the run there is a short nutrition workshop and attendees are offered 20 percent off PLN protein shakes and protein balls. A local sports retailer will provide giveaways during the morning.
