Project Gabriela: Race For Babies
Project Gabriela: Race For Babies is the 3rd annual 5K event held in Atlanta, Georgia, presented by the Gabriela Grace Foundation. The event includes an in-person 5K and a virtual 5K option. Both distances are 3.1 miles and have a registration fee of $25.00.

A portion of the proceeds supports Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory Decatur NICU. The race mission is to share Gabriela’s story and the stories of others affected by perinatal loss, to raise awareness, and to connect families who have experienced perinatal loss or the challenges of premature birth. The Gabriela Grace Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Event logistics note that the 5K is professionally chip timed with live online results, the course is USATF certified, and participants may be runners, walkers, or use strollers. Registration opens April 30, 2026 and closes May 31, 2026.
The event has a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy. Race management may cancel or modify the event for extreme conditions. The race is planned as a rain or shine event and registration fees are not refundable if cancelled for reasons outside the race director's control.
