Project Gabriela: Race For Babies
The Project Gabriela: Race For Babies is the 3rd annual 5K event hosted by the Gabriela Grace Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The event takes place in Atlanta at 3493 Ashford Dunwoody Rd and focuses on raising awareness about perinatal loss and supporting families with premature infants.
Distances offered:
- 3.1 miles, 5K Race (in-person)
- 3.1 miles, Virtual 5K Option (mailing address requested)
A portion of proceeds will support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory Decatur NICU. The in-person 5K is a USATF certified course and is professionally chip timed with live online results. Runners, walkers, and strollers are welcome. The listed registration fee is $25.00.
The event has a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy. Race management may cancel or modify the event for extreme conditions such as severe weather; the event is scheduled as rain or shine.
