Princeton Half Marathon
HiTOPS Princeton Half Marathon is a USATF Grand Prix event held entirely in the heart of Princeton, New Jersey. The in-person half marathon covers 13.1 miles on an iconic course through landmarks such as Princeton Battlefield, the Institute for Advanced Study, the Princeton University campus, the Princeton Boathouse on Lake Carnegie, Westminster Choir College, Mount Lucas, and Herrontown Woods. A virtual half marathon and a Youth Run are also offered.
Participants receive a commemorative medal, shirt, and bib. The event is capped at 1,800 runners with a 13-minute mile pace limit and awards for top finishers. Fundraising incentives include a registration refund and eco-friendly options like planting a tree, and Trees Not Tees participation.
