Pound the Ground 5K for Veterans Outreach Center
Pound the Ground is offered as both an in-person and a virtual 5K event. The in-person 5K is set for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Mendon Ponds Park, Stewart Lodge, 95 Douglas Road, Honeoye Falls, NY. The virtual event window runs from August 20 to August 23, 2026.
