Potter's House 5K: Whole Health Matters (Mind, Body, Soul)
The Potter's House Community Development Center, Inc. together with Mount Moriah Church will host a community 5K Run/Walk in Tucker, Georgia. Proceeds from the event will be used to serve families in need through the Potter's House Community Development Center.
The Potter's House is a non-profit community development center that engages in activities to promote health and wellness, develop life skills, facilitate job training, and address immediate hardship needs in the local area. The event is described as welcoming participants of all ages and paces and includes run pacers.
Both the start and finish are located in the Mount Moriah Church parking lot at 1983 Brockett Road in Tucker. Free parking is available in the church parking lot. The route passes through the local community.
Participants receive a swag bag on race morning that includes a race T-shirt and a numbered bib. Race T-shirts are guaranteed only for registrations submitted before the organizer’s stated deadline; after that date T-shirts are not guaranteed and will be available while supplies last. Donations are appreciated; donations of $40 or more may receive a race T-shirt while supplies last. Sponsorship opportunities are available to support the event and the organization.
