Porth Eirias 10K and Kids 1K Fun Run
The event features a measured and way-marked 10 km race and a separate 1 km kids fun run along the North Wales coastal path. The route runs from Porth Eirias watersports towards Llanddulas and starts and finishes close to the Colwyn Bay water centre. The course follows cliff tops and beaches with views towards Anglesey. Most of the 10 km is flat with a couple of short hills.
The 10 km event is chip timed and requires participants to be aged 15 or over. Registration includes a running number collected at registration, a high quality medal, water available along the route, and the opportunity to win prizes. Post event race results with times will be published.
Entry fees listed are £16 for adults and £6 for children. Parking is available along the promenade with pay and display machines. Organisers encourage participants to wear Halloween costumes for this edition of the event.
