Popsicle 5K/10K/Half - Minneapolis
The Popsicle 5K/10K/Half Marathon is scheduled for August 15, 2026, at Fernbrook Elementary School in Maple Grove, MN. The event offers three distances and a virtual race option.

The course is an out and back on a paved trail. Start and finish times will be captured for participants. Self serve water stations are available approximately every 1.5 miles; participants who prefer not to stop are advised to carry personal hydration. Half marathon entrants must maintain at least a 16 minute per mile pace.
Every finisher receives an ice cold popsicle at the finish and a custom popsicle themed finisher medal. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in standard five year age groups starting with 10 and under. A virtual race option allows remote participants to submit times online; virtual entries are eligible for awards and event swag per the event guidelines.
Registrations made by August 5 are guaranteed race swag in the selected size; afterwards swag is available while supplies last. All registrations are final with no refunds or transfers. The event will proceed rain or shine unless extreme weather causes a safety related cancellation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
