Popsicle 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Minneapolis
The Popsicle event on August 15 takes place at Fernbrook Elementary School in Maple Grove, MN. The event offers in-person distances plus a virtual option and includes finisher awards and race swag for registered participants.

The course is an out-and-back on a paved trail. Start and finish times will be recorded. Self-serve water stations are located approximately every 1.5 miles; participants who prefer not to stop may bring personal hydration. Half marathon participants must maintain at least a 16 minute per mile pace to finish.
Awards are presented for each distance to the top three male and female finishers in standard five-year age groups, beginning with 10 and under. Every in-person finisher receives a chilled popsicle at the finish and a custom popsicle-themed finisher medal. Virtual participants can submit results online and may be eligible for awards.
Registration has regular, late, and race day pricing tiers and a deadline for guaranteed shirt sizes on August 5. All registrations are final with no refunds or transfers. The event operates rain or shine and reserves the right to cancel in extreme weather; in the case of certain public health orders the event will convert to fully virtual and shirts will be shipped.
