The Popcorn Run Saskatoon
The Popcorn Run Saskatoon is a community running event held at Rotary Park, Saskatchewan Crescent East, Saskatoon. It takes place in July 2026 and offers several distance options for participants.
- 2 km : bag of popcorn, cup of lemonade and finisher medal; participants 6 and under must be accompanied.
- 5 km : finisher medal, large bag of kettle corn and large cup of fresh lemonade.
- 10 km : finisher medal, two large bags of kettle corn and large cup of fresh lemonade.
The course is on trails and grass, following the Meewasin Trail generally eastward. There are two water stations located at the turnaround points for the 5 km and 10 km courses. Strollers are permitted. The route runs through a public park and may be shared with walkers and cyclists.
On-site parking is free and restrooms are available. There is no bag check. Check-in is handled at the Black and White tents; a registration QR code can speed the check-in process. Dogs and other animals may be present; participants who bring pets are asked to be respectful and the organizers request that dogs not wear muzzles.
