The Popcorn Run Saskatoon
The Popcorn Run Saskatoon takes place at Rotary Park in Saskatoon on trails and grass paths along the Meewasin Trail. The event is scheduled for late July 2026 and offers options for walking or running on park terrain.
Distances offered
- 2 km (Little Kernel) : finisher medal, popcorn bag, lemonade; ages 6 and under must be accompanied.
- 5 km (Poppen 5k) : finisher medal, large bag of kettle corn, large cup of lemonade.
- 10 km (Hot Poppin 10k) : finisher medal, two large bags of kettle corn, large cup of lemonade.
The course runs on multiuse park trails and grass and is shared with walkers and cyclists. Two water stations are located at the 5 km and 10 km turnaround points. Strollers are permitted. On-site amenities include free parking and toilets; there is no bag check.
Registration fees include a participant kit as described for each distance. Check-in is managed at marked Black and White tents and a registration QR code may be used to speed the process.
