The Pocono Mountains Marathon Race Festival takes place on October 10, 2026 in Greentown, Pennsylvania at Promised Land State Park. The event includes multiple race distances on a course run entirely on paved asphalt roads. The full marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier (PA21011NP); the course is in the process of certification and organizers guarantee certification.

The event offers a non-binary registration option with separate awards categories for overall and age groups. All first time half marathon and marathon finishers receive a commemorative plaque and a finisher’s medal. Entry fees include a T-shirt, a finisher’s medal, and ankle running socks; organizers note that some items may not be available at the event and will be addressed afterwards.
Early start policies are defined by distance. There are no early starts for the 5K and 10K. A single early start is available one hour before the official start for the half marathon and full marathon when applicable. Early starters are not eligible for awards and are advised to run at roughly a 15 minute per mile pace or slower; half marathon early starters who finish faster than 2:15 may not receive an official time.
