PNC Alexandria Half event overview
The PNC Alexandria Half is a multi-event running day held in Old Town Alexandria on April 25, 2027. The event area is centered near the intersection of Fairfax Street and Wythe Street in Alexandria, Virginia.
The event includes the following distances:
- Half Marathon, 13.1 miles
- 5K, 3.1 miles
- Kid's Dash, 500 meters (children 12 and under)
The half marathon starts and finishes in Old Town and includes a segment that runs approximately five miles each way on the George Washington Parkway. The 5K follows a loop course through historic Old Town Alexandria. Both the half and the 5K use corral starts.
Registration and entry fees are listed per event. For the half marathon the fee is $75, for the 5K the fee is $40, and for the Kid's Dash the fee is $20. Registration for the half and 5K opens April 27, 2026 and closes November 2, 2026. Kid's Dash registration opens April 27, 2026 and closes on the day of the event; the organizer notes a limited number of Kid's Dash spots.
