Playtri Fort Worth Triathlon & Run-Bike-Run II.
This multisport event takes place at Marine Creek Public Boat Ramp in Fort Worth, Texas on 10 October 2026. The program includes triathlon and duathlon formats, collegiate divisions, relay team options, and a virtual race option.
Race formats and distances include:
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.3 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
- Olympic Triathlon: 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike, 10K run.
- Duathlon Run Bike Run: 1 mile run, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
Relay teams consist of two or three participants. Each relay member must have an individual USAT membership. Relay teams share one race number and one timing chip which is handed off at the bike racked in the transition area; the bicycle must be placed on the rack during chip exchanges. Fees are listed per person and the first registrant names the team.
The event is USAT sanctioned and lists a USAT certified race director. A virtual triathlon and duathlon option allows completion of the required distances during the week before the event at the participant’s chosen location; virtual participants receive a t-shirt and finisher medal mailed the week after the race.
