Playtri Fort Worth Triathlon & Run-Bike-Run II
The event takes place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Marine Creek Public Boat Ramp in Fort Worth, TX 76179. It is a USAT sanctioned event with a USAT certified race director. Walking-distance parking is available and a limited number of VIP parking spots are offered. Finishers receive medals; athletes who finish both the Playtri Fort Worth races (May and October) receive a Double Finisher Medal. Several event categories include relay teams, collegiate series races, and a virtual triathlon and duathlon.
Race formats and entry
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.3 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
- Olympic Triathlon: 1500 meter swim, 25 mile bike, 10K run.
- Duathlon (Run-Bike-Run): 1 mile run, 12.5 mile bike, 5K run.
- Relay teams: sprint, Olympic, and duathlon relay options.
- Collegiate series: sprint and Olympic collegiate events.
- Virtual Triathlon & Duathlon available.
Published entry fees include: Olympic $89, Sprint $79, Duathlon $79, relay teams $39, and Virtual $49. Most in-person events are open to ages 13 and older. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
