Plano Pacers 3x3K Relay + FREE Kids 1K
The event takes place on August 29, 2026 at Windhaven Meadows Park in Plano, TX. It features a team relay made up of three legs of 3 kilometers each and a separate Kids 1K that is free and open to all children.

Teams are registered for the relay; the standard registration fee is $15 and there is an in-person guest registration option for $20 on race day. Teams may be formed on race day and changes to team composition are allowed before the relay begins. Teams of two may participate with one member running both the first and last legs.
Race equipment and handoffs: the ankle chip will be placed in the team baton and individual bibs are not required for this event. Team captains pick up the team baton and declare which runners will run each leg before the race starts. During the relay the next runner should stand near the starting line at the approximate time the incoming runner is expected, while others should stand about 10 meters away from the handoff zone.
Divisions include Female, Male, Coed, and Family. Team categories are determined by the combined ages of all team members; several combined-age ranges are used for division placement. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
