PJP Parkinson's Halloween Run
This event is a costume-themed charity run and virtual walk held in Knoxville, Tennessee, in the Sequoyah Hills area at 1400 Cherokee Blvd. It aims to raise awareness of Parkinson's disease and to highlight local support efforts for people living with the condition and their families. The 5K trace began as part of the organization's activities launched in 2015 and the 5K was added in 2019.

Early in-person registration is listed at $35 with a $5 increase after August 31, 2026. A virtual entry fee is listed at $25. Early registration for the in-person event guarantees a race T-shirt; additional shirts may be pre-ordered for $15, and a limited number will be sold on site for $20. Early registrants receive a swag bag, a ticket for the runner raffle, and eligibility for prizes and medals. Post-race refreshments are provided.
Race packet pick-up is available the day before at the organizer's office at 4216 Sutherland Ave, Knoxville. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group. Age groups are 5–9, 10–14, 15–25, 26–59, 60–69, and 70 plus.
