Pirate's Booty in St. Charles, IL
Pirate's Booty is a community running event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, held on the Fox River Trail. Both the 5K and 10K start and finish at the parking lot of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 1145 N 5th Ave, St. Charles, IL. Route maps are noted as available soon.
Available race options include:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 10K Run
- Kids Race for ages 2 to 6
Registration packages are listed as Complete and Budget. The Complete package includes a race shirt, finisher medal, and access to the food tent. The Budget package includes a finisher medal and food tent but does not include a race shirt. A kids race is offered with a limited number of spots remaining.
Packet pickup is offered both before race weekend at Dick Pond Athletics in St. Charles and on race day. Event features listed include race swag, medals and awards, parking information, and guidance on dogs and strollers. Sponsors named for the event include Ivy Academy of Early Learning, Dick Pond Athletics, and Geneva Cleaners. A local fundraising group, Step By Step Running Club, is shown with funds raised and a percent toward a goal. Volunteers are part of the event support.
