Event Overview
The Medal Madness running event takes place at Boomer Lake Park in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Runners can choose from four distances: a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon.
Race Details
The event uses an out-and-back course format. The 5K and 10K share a common segment. The 5K covers the out-and-back loop one time, while the 10K completes it twice. Similarly, the half marathon and marathon share a separate out-and-back segment. The half marathon completes its loop four times, and the marathon completes it eight times.
A six-hour time limit applies for the course.
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race start and concludes 10 minutes before the start. Registration must be completed online via RunSignup; on-site registration is not available. Registration prices increase on the Monday before the race day.
Location and Venue
The race meeting point is Shelter #3 at Boomer Lake Park, located next to the Boomer Park Splash Pad on the west side of the lake. The official park address leads to the east side of the lake. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
