Pink & Teal Challenge : Rochester, NY
The Pink & Teal Challenge is scheduled for May 8-9, 2027 at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. The event is offered both in person and virtually and features running and walking options across several formats.
Distances offered:
- 5k (3.1 miles)
- Walk 3.1 miles or 2 mile shortcut
- Virtual 5k run and virtual walk
The in-person 5k run is designated as a women-only race. The walk is open to all participants. Virtual participants may complete their distance during the event weekend; virtual 5k times are not considered for official race results. A separate "One Lucky Runner" drawing allows male and non-binary entrants to be selected to run alongside the women-only 5k; entries for that drawing are offered by donation and have a separate entry fee.
Registration information listed by the organizer includes an opening date of December 1, 2026 for registrations. Many event entries show a $20 fee; the One Lucky Runner entry is listed at $10. There will be no event-day registration. Participants registering between May 5-7 will have a 24-hour delay before receiving a chipped bib. Children 7 and under are free and do not need to be registered. In-person participants may enter a costume contest with prizes for best individual and best team.
