Pineway Ponds Park 5K Run/Walk
The Pineway Ponds Park 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for September 26, 2026 at Pineway Ponds Park in Spencerport and the Town of Ogden. The course is certified USATF number NY26002KL. The route is primarily on roads, crosses two bridges, and begins and ends at Pineway Ponds Park.
Registration fees increase over time: $30 through May 1 with a race shirt guaranteed; $35 from May 1 through August 8 with a race shirt guaranteed; $40 from August 9 through September 19 with shirts available as supply allows; and $45 for registrations from September 20 through September 24. Race-day registration is not available. Shirt sizes and availability cannot be guaranteed after August 9. No refunds, credits, transfers, or deferrals are offered.
Overall finishers will be recognized for male and female 1st through 3rd places; overall finishers are not eligible for age group awards. Age group awards are given to male and female 1st and 2nd places in these divisions: under 15; 16 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 and over. There will be no formal awards ceremony; winners will be announced and presented with awards during the event and may be contacted to collect prizes if absent.
Packet pick-up is handled at the Ogden Community Center, 269 Ogden Center Road, during the week of the event with early pickup available on dates listed for that week. Race-day packet pickup will take place at Pineway Ponds Park. A portion of event proceeds will benefit Girls on the Run of Greater Rochester. There will be no Kid's Fun Run this year.
