Pine Lake Triathlon : Sammamish, Washington
The Pine Lake Triathlon is a USAT event held at Pine Lake Park in Sammamish, Washington. The event consists of a lake swim, a road bike course, and a road run around the lake. Finishers receive an event T-shirt and a finisher medallion.

- 1/4 mile swim in Pine Lake
- 11 mile hilly road bike
- 4 mile road run around the lake
