Pine Lake Triathlon - Sammamish, WA
The Pine Lake Triathlon is a USAT super sprint held at Pine Lake Park in Sammamish, Washington on June 28, 2026. The event combines an open-water swim, a road bike course, and a road run around the lake, with individual and relay entry options.
- Swim: 1/4 mile in Pine Lake starting from the boat launch in knee deep water.
- Bike: 11 mile hilly road course.
- Run: 4 mile road run around the lake.
Participants must hold a USAT membership; one-day memberships are available. Relay teams may split the swim, bike, and run among two or three people. The event provides a custom technical long sleeve T-shirt for entrants and a finisher medal; all finishers also receive the Pine Lake Medallion. There is a cash bonus for beating the course record. A pasta feed and pre-packet pickup are available on June 27 at Redmond Town Center Flatstick Restaurant and Grill. A mandatory safety briefing will be held via Zoom on June 25.
