Pinawa Dam / Bridge Trail Run
The event takes place on October 24, 2026 in Pinawa, Manitoba. It offers two race distances:
- 14 km
- 5 km
The 14 km route uses several trail sections including the Trans Canada Trail, Old Pinawa Trail (3.8 km), Westdal Way (2.0 km), Alice Chambers Trail (2.9 km) and the Heritage Channel Walk (3.5 km), running from Pinawa Dam Provincial Park to the Pinawa Golf Course Clubhouse. The 5 km course runs from the Suspension Bridge to the Pinawa Golf Course Clubhouse.
A bike marshall follows athletes on course. The event is self supported for hydration and nutrition and dogs on leashes are welcome. Chip pickup and race information are handled at the Pinawa Golf Clubhouse. Pizza is available at the Pinawa Golf Clubhouse Restaurant after the race.
