Guildford Lido Phoenix Tri Aquathlon (Sept 2026)
This aquathlon series is held at Guildford Lido with running routed around neighbouring Stoke Park. The swim takes place in the heated, open air 50 m lido pool and the running route is traffic free with a mixture of surfaces and some undulation. Chip timing is provided and the races on all four dates in the series are identical, allowing competitors to compare times across the season. The event lists accessible changing, accessible parking, accessible showers and accessible toilets, plus general changing, parking, showers and toilets. Prizes are available and results are published online. Entry is via online registration and the organiser expects about 180 competitors.
Categories are defined by age on 31 December 2026 and include adults, youth and several junior levels. Distances for each category are:
- Adults and Youth & Junior: Swim 500 m, Run 5 km, Transition 20 m
- TriStar 3 (age 13 or 14): Swim 300 m, Run 3 km, Transition 20 m
- TriStar 2 (age 11 or 12): Swim 200 m, Run 2 km, Transition 20 m
- TriStar 1 (age 9 or 10): Swim 150 m, Run 1.5 km, Transition 20 m
- TriStar Start (age 8): Swim 50 m, Run 600 m, Transition 20 m
