About the race
The Phoenix Striders Summer Series is a trail running event held at the Essex Wildlife Trust's Langdon Discovery Nature Park, part of Langdon Hills. The series consists of five rounds, with Round 3 taking place on June 17, 2025. The event features a 5k trail run for participants aged 12 and over, consisting of two laps of a 2.5k circuit starting and finishing at the Discovery Centre.
