Phoenix: Kent - Road Runner - Day 1
Day 1 is the first event in a five-day Road Runner series at Gravesend Cyclopark on Wednesday 18 November 2026. The series uses a measured and certified 5.25 mile (8.5 km) out-and-back course on tarmac tracks near the Cyclopark. Events are timed for seven hours and entries may be made for individual days or for multiple days within the series.
Participants can choose how many laps to complete on the 5.25 mile circuit. Minimum distance for a finisher on any day is 5.24 miles or as far as the participant can go within the seven-hour limit. The series lists the following distance options:
- 5 miles
- 10 miles
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra distance
The event base is the Cyclopark overflow car park. An aid station and tuck shop will be present offering sweet and savoury items and cake. The organiser will award large Road Runner–inspired medals in a different colour for each of the five days; all participants, attended or virtual, will receive a giveaway medal or memento. Entry fees are listed as £37.95 (affiliated) and £39.95 (unaffiliated). As per UK Athletics rules, distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under and full terms and conditions apply.
