Phoenix Running West Sussex - Secret Squirrel
The Phoenix Running West Sussex event takes place at Buchan Country Park in Crawley, West Sussex. The park consists of 170 acres of countryside and has been a recipient of the Green Flag Award since 2010. The event is held on a compact trail course that is entirely off road.
This is a timed event with a duration of 7 hours. Participants follow a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out and back loop and can choose the number of laps they wish to complete. The format allows runners to decide their total distance on the day based on how they feel. Possible distances achieved during the event include:

Participants can choose between different entry levels, including an option that excludes a finisher medal.
