Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon
The Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon is a multi-day sports event held at Fisherman's Lawn in Southport, Queensland. The event takes place over a weekend in April and includes a variety of triathlon and running disciplines for different age groups and interest levels.
On Saturday, the schedule focuses on the Pho3nix Kids Gold Coast Triathlon. This is a participation-based, non-competitive event. Participants have several activity options, including:
- Bike / Run
- Swim / Run
- Fun Run
Children participating in these sessions receive a t-shirt, swimming cap, and a finishers medal.
The second day of the event features the Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon - Luke Harrop Memorial. This competition includes a Sprint distance triathlon, which serves as the AusTriathlon National Sprint Distance Champs.
In addition to the triathlon events, the weekend includes the sunrise running races. These running events take place on the highway road surface, which is characterized as flat. The start and finish lines for these races are located on the lawn in the Broadwater Parklands. The available running distances are:

- 5 km
