Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon : 11 and 12 April 2026, Fisherman's Lawn, Southport QLD
The event takes place across two days at Fisherman's Lawn in Southport, Queensland on 11 and 12 April 2026. It combines community and competitive racing with separate programs for children, triathletes and road runners.
On Saturday there is a Pho3nix Kids Gold Coast Triathlon presented as a free, participation-based, non-competitive event. Options include bike and run combinations, swim and run combinations, and a fun run. Each child receives a t-shirt, a swimming cap and a finishers medal.
Sunday hosts the Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon with a sprint distance race that is confirmed as the AusTriathlon National Sprint Distance Championships. The Sunday program is framed around the sprint distance triathlon alongside other triathlon formats offered by the organizer.
Road running on the same weekend includes the Gold Coast 10 and the Gold Coast 5, both starting and finishing on the lawn in the Broadwater Parklands. The running courses use nearby highway road surfaces that are described as flat, and the event is scheduled in early April to take advantage of cooler autumn conditions.
