Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon : 10 & 11 April 2027
The Pho3nix Gold Coast Triathlon takes place over a weekend at Mitchell Park in Southport. The program runs across two days and combines community and competitive events around the Broadwater Parklands.
On Saturday there is a free, participation-based kids programme with Bike/Run, Swim/Run and Fun Run options. Every child receives a t-shirt, swim cap and finishers medal.
Sunday features a Sprint Distance triathlon that serves as the AusTriathlon National Sprint Distance Championships and is presented as a memorial race. The same day also includes a sunrise running programme with the Gold Coast 10 and Gold Coast 5, which both start and finish on the lawn at the Broadwater Parklands and use a fast, flat highway course in cool early-Autumn conditions.
