About the race
PH in the Park is the 17th annual pulmonary hypertension collaborative fundraiser presented with the University of Colorado Denver, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association. The event takes place on August 23, 2026 at City Park in Denver, located at 2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205.
The event began as a gala in 2008 and has since been held as a 5K run/walk and community awareness event in City Park. Organizers suggest an additional donation of $17 to mark the 17th year.
Entries cover in person and virtual participation with standard, dog friendly, and patient priced options. Registration fees listed for the in person events include $50 for standard 5K and 1 mile entries, $60 for dog friendly entries, and reduced patient rates of $30 or $35 depending on the division. A virtual run option is offered with no registration fee.
