PFW Running - World Diabetes Day Run
The PFW Running - World Diabetes Day Run is a charitable event held at Stanley Park, Blackpool, Lancashire, supporting Breakthrough T1D to fund Type 1 diabetes research. Participants can complete as many laps as they wish within a 6-hour time limit, with options for half marathon (4 laps plus out & back), marathon (8 laps plus out & back), and ultra distances (9+ laps).
The event offers a supportive atmosphere with drinks and snacks provided, and all finishers receive an official time, a post-race gift, and a bespoke medal. Age restrictions apply for maximum distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
