Avenham Amble is a running event held in Avenham Park, Preston, PR1 8JT on 10 May 2026. The course runs on hard surface paths through Avenham Park and Miller Park, across the River Ribble and into Upper Farm nature reserve and leisure park before returning to Avenham Park.

The 10K uses one loop plus a short out-and-back. The half marathon is three loops and the full marathon is six loops. The ultra allows as many laps as a participant wishes within a six hour time limit; the last lap must be started within five hours and fifteen minutes.
Refreshments on course and at the finish include sweet and savoury snacks, water, cordial and coke. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and post run goodies.
Entry fees vary by distance and affiliation status:
- 10K: £22 affiliated, £24 unattached
- Half Marathon: £26 affiliated, £28 unattached
- Marathon: £30 affiliated, £32 unattached
- Ultra: £36 affiliated, £38 unattached
All participants must be over 18. Ages 18 to 19 may race up to the marathon distance; those aged 20 and over have no maximum distance.
