About the race
The Peticolas Running Club social run/walk takes place at Peticolas Brewing Company, 1301 Pace Street, Dallas, TX. The course is a roughly 3 mile route on a trail near the brewery and is organized as a social event where participants go at their own pace. A rolling start is available and there is an option to join a group start.
Entry includes a custom branded pint glass, three Peticolas brews, and breakfast tacos from That Taco Dude. The included beers may be consumed on site as drafts or taken to go as cans in any combination of three. Bottled water will be available to take before the run because there is no water on the course; participants may bring a filled water bottle.
Registration is handled online for a fee of $35 and there are no refunds. Participants must pick up their social run items during the event check-in window on the day of the run or forfeit them. Kids in strollers are welcome and free. No dogs are allowed for liability reasons. Additional beer and merchandise are available for purchase at the brewery. The event is held rain or shine; if weather prevents outdoor activity, attendees will remain indoors at the brewery for the planned offerings, including a raffle and food service.
