Event overview

The Perth Beach Obstacle Course Race is scheduled for March 15, 2026, at Scarborough Amphitheatre, The Esplanade, Scarborough, WA, Australia. The event is presented by the City of Stirling and lists several sponsors including ASICS, Tribe and Trail, Trek4Vets, The Community Bootcamp Project, Ninja Academy, and Red Dust Obstacle Course Race. A portion of ticket sales is allocated to Trek4Vets, with A$2 from each ticket specified for that cause.

Course, waves and inclusions

The event features a 5 km obstacle course that starts and finishes at the amphitheatre foreshore and follows mixed terrain including beach sections, shared paths, and scenic trails through Trigg and along the West Coast Highway run path. The course includes 20 obstacles, such as a 6 m high A-Frame, Ninja Grip Alley, military walls, crawls, climbs, and carries. Runners will be scheduled in multiple waves that run every 10 minutes throughout the day. There is a championship race with a reported A$5,000 cash prize pool for elite competitors and a separate weighted-vest wave run in partnership with Trek4Vets; that wave offers reduced entry for military service personnel.

Event inclusions noted are a finisher medal, access to a recovery zone with massage, physio, chiro and compression boots, a healthy nutrition beach bar, and food trucks and coffee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
